Hey my name is Zal. Throughout the years of experience in a professional sporting environment I've developed a passion for everything fitness, and have since decided I want to share my skills with you. I have a dual diploma in sports development, my ASCA (Australian accreditation of coaching) and am currently studying a Bachelor of exercise and sports science. This website contains programs and coaching but will soon be expanding to offering a range of valuable resources.
